Fixed Scope

For clients with a prepared specification of deliverables. MindSource develops the software against that scope for a fixed price. Changes handled via a change-order process.

Statement of Work (SOW)

Flexible alternative for agile environments. Fixed quote for core deliverables with adjustments as the project evolves. Combines the control of fixed-cost with the adaptability of hourly consulting.

Model 01

Hourly Contracting

Engage consultants for a minimum number of hours at a fixed hourly rate. MindSource manages billing, payment, and administrative tasks while you oversee the consultant's work directly. Provides rapid onboarding, senior talent access, and flexible accounting.

Model 02

Contract to Hire

“Try before buy” — conversion terms agreed upon before the engagement begins. Prioritizes the consultant's potential interest in a full-time role, with a pro-rata conversion agreement.

Model 03

Contingency Search

MindSource searches for full-time employees on your behalf. Fees are contingent on successful placement, often with a guarantee. Billed as a percentage of annual salary after a specified period.

RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

MindSource manages all aspects of onboarding, including consultants or full-time employees. We handle recruitment tasks like job fairs, website management, vendor coordination, and interview scheduling.
